The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Manpower Inc. has established procedures to communicate with directors and management. To facilitate these communications, the company provides access to the Manpower Business Ethics Hotline, a toll-free telephone number that is monitored 24 hours per day.

Manpower employees, shareholders and other interested parties may use the Hotline number listed below to submit a complaint regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters; or to communicate with the non-management directors of the company. Employees may also use the Hotline to report a violation of Manpower's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
