The Diversity Dividend

BT hosts a private breakfast discussion on “The Diversity Dividend.” For the first time in history the entire range of global talent is available to businesses which actively embrace a culturally diverse workforce. It is a paradox that while we all agree that the businesses who will win in the future are those which harness the greatest human talent, we still recruit what we see in the mirror.

The breakfast discussion will explore how ready we really are to embrace diversity and reap the dividend, especially given that 40 years after the debate on equal opportunities hit the boardroom only 8 CEOs in the Forbes 500 are women. The panel will comprise a select number of senior business leaders, where panelists will present for two minutes stating their positions on diversity and then participate in a moderated question and answer session.

Maria Bartiromo, anchor of CNBC’s “Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo” and host of “Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo”, will be moderating the discussion.
