Contact Center Team Lead/Supervisor

It’s your time to lead. Take the Manpower Acceleration Program Contact Center Team Lead Certification and make the move to being a leader in a contact center environment.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Take a series of six online knowledge units consisting of one to two modules. The content focuses on critical skills and knowledge areas required in contact center team lead/supervisor type roles. Click here for detailed descriptions of each unit.
  2. Commit four to six hours per week to attending class and completing assignments.
  3. Complete weekly professional practice exercises to prove your knowledge of the course content and ability to apply your learnings to a work situation.

What you’ll get:

  1. Guidance and support from an instructor. The instructor will be available to answer questions, provide guidance on assignments, and review course materials submitted.
  2. A career coach to guide and support your program efforts. When you graduate from the program, the career coach will work to identify contact center team lead roles available and actively promote you to employers.

And successful completion, earns you:

  1. A certificate recognizing the achievement in the field.
  2. One prior learning assessment credit that may be used towards obtaining a degree at University of Phoenix upon review.
  3. The stepping stone to explore new job opportunities and take your career to a new level.


This is a voluntary program available at no cost to qualifying Manpower associates. Time spent in connection with this voluntary program is not work time and will not be paid. There is no guarantee of employment in a contact center team lead/supervisor position upon completion of the program. If you are currently in a contact center team lead/supervisor position you are not eligible for this specific program.
