    We have 5 peaks throughout the year: January, April, June, September, and October.

    Start Date: March 30th OR April 13th
    Duration: 4-6 weeks (possibility of extension)
    Pay Rate: $13-$16.10/hour depending upon the position and shift that you're interested in.

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Computes, classifies, records, and verifies numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records, preparing invoices and making credit collections. Primary duties are in Accounts Receivable, may perform other accounting functions as assigned.

    * Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    * 2-3 years office experience preferred
    * Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect billings and any disputes raised by customers.
    * Reconcile customer accounts when necessary.
    * Develop effective relationships with all internal and external customers to better understand, communicate and appropriately recommend action considering company/business specific risks.
    * Call on B2B delinquent accounts, provide invoice copies, proof of delivery and other supporting documentation to substantiate billing and obtain payments.
    * Advise on the appropriate management of pending bankruptcies and other collection matters that should be properly escalated (i.e. issues that may impact timely collection of receivables).
    * Maintain AR Aging reports and continuously update system with data and information.
    * Manage their overall account portfolio so that past due balances and overall receivables are maintained within expected levels.

    Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
    Learn and understand each position responsible for filling.
    Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    Build and maintain the candidate pool; keeping in touch with applicants
    Leads candidate selection activities including screening, assessment process and interviewing.
    Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
    Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
    Prescreen candidates and present to hiring managers for interview.
    Coordinate all communication with candidates.
    Help with scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    Conduct on-boarding and orientation with new hires.
    Administrative duties as needed.
