    The Data Entry/Pricing Specialist will work closely with The Corporate Cost Team, The Regional Pricing Coordinators, Purchasing Managers, Purchasing Replenishment Analysts, and Sales to ensure cost and price goals are achieved. Responsible for timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of both cost and price into the SAP system.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Transact all business in accordance to the company's business code of ethics and conduct.
    Read and respond to large volumes of email daily.
    Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered from the Vendor Price list.
    Review data for completeness and accuracy. This would include Cost, Selling Price, Units of Measure, etc.
    Create and organize spreadsheets with large amounts of numerical and written data.
    Answer and resolve all discrepancies in data revealed by PO confirmations and Vendor invoices and update system as needed.
    Build strategic relationships with supplier partners and internal and external customers through emails and phone contact, and work collaboratively in a team environment with co-workers.

    Required skills:
    Proficient in MS Office-Outlook, Word, and have Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
    Must have experience with formatting, filtering, sorting, basic formulas, and v-look-ups. (pivot tables)
    Need to have strong attention to detail.
    Should be able to type quickly and accurately.
    Must have the ability to focus and complete repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
    2 years' experience in data entry and customer service preferred.
    Prior working experience in purchasing, pricing, sales, costing strongly preferred.
    Experience working in SAP system a plus.
