    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in the U.S. and Canada, playing a vital role in maintaining our payroll integrity.

    As a Payroll Specialist you will handle payroll processing, including data entry, reconciliation and auditing. You'll also resolve tax issues, support audits, and collaborate with HR on new compensation elements. Compliance with internal controls and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role. 
    Responsibilities

      Process payroll accurately using automated systems Reconcile and audit payroll reports for accuracy  Handle special payments, wage garnishments and stock options Collaborate with HR on payroll related inquires  Support internal and external audits

    Requirements
