    * Prepares annual plans and budgets, and complete analysis of monthly budget activity.
    * Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
    *Advance in Excel and scheduling functions
    * Able to quickly adapt to learning to learning other IT systems for scheduling, etc
    *Position will be primarily remote but some office visits will be required for face-to-face meetings

    High School Degree is a Must
    College degree is a plus but not needed.

    Office and Communications Administrator

    Description: This position is responsible for managing communications, maintaining the Church's social media presence, scheduling, database maintenance of Church membership, and performing office management functions typical for a small professional office. This position requires interaction with the staff, with the parishioners, and with the visitors to the Church to assist them with their needs, to provide information, and to relay messages.

    Intent: This position enables the Church to achieve its vision and mission. The position is fulltime and reports to Business Administrator.

    Education/Certification Requirements:
    Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs used by the Church is required.

    Skills:
    * Communication: must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be professional in interactions with staff, parishioners, and visitors. Ability to draft, layout and proof letters, newsletters, bulletins, and other communications.
    * Printing equipment: must be able to operate printing, folding, and distribution machines required to prepare the bulletin and to issue other Church documents.

    * Coordinate Publication of Courier
    * Prepare and Issue Staff Initiated Documents
    * Communicate the Needs of Hospitalized and Homebound Parishioners
    * Prepare and Issue Staffing Meeting minutes
    * Manage Church-Wide Schedule and Clergy Schedule
    * Maintain Office Supplies
