    What will you be doing?
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Performs full administrative duties. Greets visitors, receives and responds to correspondence and requests for information from students, faculty, external agencies and visitors. Responds to problems or complaints. Maintains filing system.
    • Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and adjusts workload to meet established priorities. Prepares recommendations to create or revise established procedures.

    Two plus years of Call Center experience needed.  Must be available for any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday.  
    Payrate $20.00 per hour.  Must live within 30 miles from Austin, TX and able to work onsite each day at customer location.
     
    -This role provides unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions (we provide an extensive 90 day training program).
     -Assist with problem resolution, as needed.
     -Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner.       ---Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs. 
    -Transfer callers to other Call Center units as needed.
     -Must meet individual performance standards.
     -Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.
     -Attain and maintain strict required attendance and performance metrics.

    Requires experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and OnBase. Must type 30 wpm. Must be effective at multi-tasking. Prior Medicaid experience preferred. Prior Call Center experience required.
