    What’s the Job?

    Assist in inventory monitoring and investigations, analysis of discrepancies and irregularities.
    •    Enter data for quantities of various items in warehouse issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and cycle count adjustments into computer database.
    •    Follow daily cycle counts as requested by supervisor.
    •    Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
    •    Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.
    •    Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories.
    •    Receive count/verify incoming orders as requested.
    •    Process damaged or defective stock.
    •    Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with supervisors and management.
    •    Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical stock.
    •    Record inventory data manually/electronically on computer.
