As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting the production site. The ideal candidate will have previous receiving experience, attention to detail and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

    What’s the Job?

      Verify materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip to purchase order to verify shipment; may process return shipments to customers.  Sorts, counts, unpacks and/or logs inventory which is received. Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor or purchasing personnel.  

    What’s Needed?

      Minimum of 3 years of previous receiving experience  Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies and equipment.  High school diploma or equivalent (GED)  Solid computer skills
