Duties:
* Ordering, managing, and maintaining office supplies
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance for office equipment

* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Sorting and distributing incoming mail
* Assisting in planning office events
* Assisting in managing and maintaining company vehicles maintenance
* Creating monthly reports
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in an administrative setting
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with MS Office products
* Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills
