    Purpose:

    Congregate Clients:

    * Provide necessary paperwork and supplies. Provide necessary training, technical assistance, and trouble-shooting to site coordinators.
    * Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with necessary standards and regulations, including project income, temperatures, Health Department, Fire Drills, Fire Inspections, etc.
    Fundraising Support:

    * Provide administrative assistance with fundraising, communications, and grants, when possible, to increase support for department.

    Job Description:


    * Managing the HVAC asset database including:
    * Updating serial numbers, equipment data and condition detail from reports provided by contractors
    * Follow up with contractors via phone, e-mail re: pending work
    * Create Excel reports from data downloaded from our system
    * Establish/develop positive and professional rapport with client contractors
    * Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones and emails, dispatch contractors and enter notes
    * Work hours are the same as the customer service representatives
