    Job Title: A/R Bookkeeping

    Perform various bookkeeping duties related to Accounts Receivable function, primarily focusing on accurately posting customer payments on a daily basis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize AGS (M3) and BillTrust Cash App Connect Queue to post customer payments and apply them to designated customer open items on PC. Make necessary adjusting entries as required.
    • Record A/R data on submittal records, post journal entries, debit/credit adjustments, reinstate invoices/credits and correct invoice terms.
    • Collaborate with Credit Managers, Collection Correspondents and Customer Service associates to ensure proper A/R integrity.
    • Receive customer requests via phone or mail, and produce necessary correspondence using PC software to resolve them.
    • Receive monthly credit balance, customer statements and allocate unapplied items accordingly
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma and bookkeeping experience
    • 2 years of accounts receivable experience required, including exposure to PC and relevant computer software
    • Accuracy with figures and speed calculators
