    What you will be doing?

    * Partner with our clients to gather, define and refine all aspects of creative strategy and briefs.

    * Create project plans and timelines for each project in the ID8 creative project management workflow platform used for all creative project requests.

    * Meet regularly with clients to prioritize workload so that the team is working on the right projects that align with company objectives.

    * Create agendas for client meetings. Write detailed recaps after meetings and send in a timely manner.

    What you bring to the Job?

    *Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required
    *5 years business experience
    *2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Project Management, or Account Management
    *Prior experience with B2C and B2B marketing, and both traditional and digital advertising
    *Prior experience in Project & Process Management
    *Prior usage of Workamajig or equivalent Project Management/Trafficking Tool preferred but not required
    *Familiarity with Adobe programs, HTML and/or Photoshop a plus
    *Supremely organized task manager with a strong attention to detail
    *Must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
    *Excellent spoken and written communication.
    *Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
    *Team player and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
