3rd Shift Tooling Tech

Comp$25-$32 depending on experience

The Tool Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of molds / tooling for plastic injection molding presses in the plant.

Responsibilities:



* Conduct mold and tooling preventative maintenance and repair
* Welding tasks (TIG)
* Construct hydraulic lines and rebuild hydraulic cylinders
* General surface grinding, as well as compound angles, cutting tools, nozzle tips, tapers, etc.
* Hot runner wiring
* Open Vent Cleaning
* Ability to fit new detail and spot and or time in..
* Ability to troubleshoot issues and repair, in and out of press.

Able to operate a Bridgeport / Lathe with in a + or - .001 tolerance.



* Able to operate a Surface grinder with in a + or - .0002 on critical details.
* Able to polish and bench details.
* Ability to weld cores and cavities and hand work back to runnable condition.
* Able to weld different tool steel with positive results, As in P-20, H13, S.7, 4140 etc.
* Able to complete Preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds.
* Assist in maintaining maintenance PM records on the company computer system.
* Able to work on the production floor with tool in press to correct any issue to keep down time at a minimum.
* Knowledge of Manifold systems Example: Mold Master, Synventive, YUDO, RUNIPSYS, P.E.T.S etc.
* Work with little or no supervision when given clear direction.
* Work with Process Engineers to trouble shoot issues with tool or improve on.
* Repair, fix and implement engineering changes of molds
* Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained
* Work with various departments to implement customer
* Work on and feel safe working on tool form 800lbs -70,000lbs

Vous allez gérer les activités de rémunération et de retraite et travailler en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs départements afin de les soutenir dans leur stratégie de rémunération globale.

Horaires : lundi au vendredi - Temps plein - 40h

Qu'est-ce que le travail ?

· Soutenir les partenaires d'affaires RH dans toutes les étapes du cycle de rémunération menant à l'approbation de ses différentes composantes par les ressources humaines.

· Diriger le processus de vérification comprenant les avantages sociaux, la pension et les éléments de rémunération

· Définir, créer et superviser la méthodologie de classification des emplois, les outils et les fournisseurs.

· Définir, créer et superviser la stratégie, les outils et les fournisseurs de référence en matière de rémunération.

· Collaborer avec les partenaires d'affaires des RH et le directeur, rémunération des cadres, dans l'élaboration de lignes directrices et de processus pour les différentes composantes de la stratégie de rémunération de l'entreprise

· Assurer le suivi du marché ainsi que les tendances de rémunération.

· Fournir une expertise et aider à la mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques de rémunération au sein de l'entreprise.

Qu'est-ce que vous apportez au travail ?

· Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, administration, actuariat ou expérience équivalente

· 2 ans minimum en rémunération et en avantages sociaux

· · Bilingue (français-anglais)

· Connaissance avancée d'Excel

· Esprit analytique

· Sens de l'autonomie, de l'organisation et du travail en équipe

· Esprit entrepreunarial

· Excellente attitude et esprit d'équipe

· Proactivité et créativité
