    Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un commis administratif pour l'équipe hypothèque de notre client.
    Le commis de bureau au sein de l'équipe hypothèque est le support central pour les conseillers. C'est celui-ci qui s'assure qu'aucun dossier n'est oublié, que les dossiers prioritaires sont transférés dans les délais et que les 5 boites courriels sont traitées. Il faut numériser, archiver et transférer les dossiers selon la procédure établie.
    Les employés ont une moyenne de 100 dossiers à traiter par jour. Cela peut inclure des communications aux notaires ou aux prêteurs, créer et acheminer les notifications aux approbateurs, faire de la saisie et de la mise à jour de dossiers.

    Nous recherchons une personne organisée et autonome possédant de bonnes habiletés de communication.
    Comme le travail est fait principalement à distance, il est important que le candidat ait de la facilité à exprimer ses propos, autant à l'écrit qu'au parlé.

    Si vous avez une bonne connaissance de Word, Excel et Outlook et avez au minimum 1 an d'expérience à titre de commis de bureau, vous êtes la personne que nous recherchons !

    Horaire de travail du lundi au vendredi, horaire de jour.
    37.5 Heures par semaine
    Salaire horaire 17.39$/h
    Mandat temporaire pour une période de 12 à 24 mois.

    Exigences
    Expérience dans le domaine bancaire ( un atout)
    Essentielle - 1 ans d'expérience dans un poste administratif à haut volume de traitement.

    Connaissances et aptitudes essentielles - Suite office ( word, excel, Outlook) et Anglais
