    Manpower is recruiting for a General Labourer who is able to perform basic handyman and carpenter work for our client in Regina SK. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in performing handyman duties/carpenter/general labour and/or physical intensive work.

    Position Summary


    A leading wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies. Our business philosophy is to focus on serving the needs of our customers, with a value-added, professional and enthusiastic attitude. Under the direction of the Director of Inventory Management, the individual will support the Inventory Management Department in the procurement of equipment and parts in accordance with established and approved departmental and Company procedures.

    Primary Responsibilities


    1 Build effective relationships with supplier's sales representatives, and Larson's sales and product management team.
    2 Place daily replenishment orders for stock as well as special and direct ship orders for customer requirements. Manage order adjustments as necessary to ensure transaction accuracy.
    3 Manage open purchase order reporting to understand expected receipt dates, past due order follow-ups, and expedite orders as needed to prevent stock outs.
    4 Coordinate with Suppliers and Larson logistics team for purchase order will call pickups
    5 Complete purchase orders regularly to ensure stock is replenished and managed.
    6 Assist with the settlement of supplier claims and disputed invoices, and shipment errors.

    Secondary Responsibilities


    1 Lead inventory planning strategy through historical sales activity as well as new sales projections, through collaboration with field sales team, product managers, and store managers.
    2 Work with sales and product management to implement inventory forecast for events - seasonal buys, inventory promotions, and projects.
    3 Successfully manage inventory through the product life cycle to minimize slow moving and obsolete material to maintain a healthy inventory balance.
