    * Escalates issues to Project Manager or Director Project Management & Service as necessary for successful resolution
    * As needed support the service department to complete the six-step procedures for check-in and check-out with technicians to confirm:

    1 needed equipment is on site
    2 tools are available to perform the scope of work
    3 documentation needed is complete
    4 Other duties as required or assigned by leadership.

    Ta mission au quotidien:


    * Servir les clients de manière efficace et polie au téléphone ou en personne
    * Vendre des produits et des services
    * S'occuper des plaintes et des demandes des clients
    * S'efforcer de résoudre les problèmes relatifs aux envois
    * S'efforcer de résoudre les problèmes relatifs à l'équipement et à la technologie
    * Collaborer avec le personnel du siège social, la direction locale, les courriers, le personnel des entrepôts, les directeurs de compte et autres partenaires pour garantir un excellent service à la clientèle

    Qualités recherchées:


    * Secondaire V complété ou expérience pertinente
    * Avoir un bon vocabulaire, un excellent français ainsi d'anglais
    * Soulever seul des colis pouvant peser jusqu'à 70 livres
    * Avoir de la facilité à résoudre des problèmes rapidement et efficacement
    * 3 à 12 mois d'expérience en service à la clientèleune base
