    What will you be doing?


    * Initiates installation job process from emails and project schedules
    * Utilizing systems, sources and schedules resources, either with technicians, contractors, and electricians to fill installation jobs. Obtains Purchase Orders for sub-contractors.
    * Confirm the technicians have all required installation guides and understands the full scope of the project prior to hiring the technician.
    * Help the service team and project managers as needed to ensure forms, pictures, and other documentation for all jobs are updated on appropriate platforms
    * Send installation summary and deliverable to customer daily on all jobs
    * Work alongside the Project Manager to help plan the installation schedule, check for site readiness, confirm all shipments of hardware are delivered prior to technician arrival
    * Actively participate in daily and weekly project review calls with the customer
    * Escalates issues to Project Manager or Director Project Management & Service as necessary for successful resolution
    * As needed support the service department to complete the six-step procedures for check-in and check-out with technicians to confirm:

    1 needed equipment is on site
    2 tools are available to perform the scope of work
    3 documentation needed is complete
    4 Other duties as required or assigned by leadership.

    Qualifications and Competencies:


    * CRM knowledge
    * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
    * Ability to prioritize, organize, and effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments with a high since of urgency
    * Intermediate level understanding of cost and margin calculations
    * Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
    * Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment individually and as a team
    * Advanced problem-solving skills
    * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
