What’s the Job?

Accountable for the development of the companies manufacturing capabilities and for assuring proper manufacturing processing of components and assemblies to obtain maximum productivity and quality; coordinating Manufacturing Engineering programs and activities to achieve timely resolution to manufacturing problems and new process launches.

What’s Needed?

BS in engineering 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering function 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.  An extensive knowledge of engineering practices and principles as well as understanding scientific methods of problem solving is desired.  This position also requires a working knowledge of QS systems, maintenance systems, purchasing systems, cost analysis, product design methods, interpersonal skills and the ability to integrate all of these skills to a productive cost-effective result.

We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic in The Colony, Tx with experience working in AWP, Boom lift, Scissor lift, Pumps, Motor, Gear Box.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
 

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product line to effectively address repair needs and provide technical assistance.  Execute repairs on units/machines efficiently and accurately, ensuring they meet quality standards. Provide technical assistance & operational training for customers in the Texas region, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer service. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members to streamline operations while maintaining an organized and efficient environment. 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in repairing and servicing machinery or units. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications. Basic competence reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics. Minimum 5 years' experience working with MEWP and telehandlers. Must have tools required to repair and maintain construction equipment. Valid Texas DL AAP/EEO statement High School Diploma/GED

What’s the Job?

Design controls systems for automated assembly cells Program PLC’s, HMI’s and data collection systems. Ensure safety compliance of the automated system. Write and make changes in machine control programs to develop improved equipment operations meeting production and quality objectives. Work with Product Engineering in designing products and systems utilizing continuous improvement methods and design for manufacturability.

What’s Needed?

Experience with Cognex/Keyance/Lab View programming. BS in Electrical, Controls, or Software Engineering with 5 years of experience or the equivalent in electrical and controls engineering experience combined with a good understanding of the product engineering discipline and the application of statistical methods for process evaluation is desired. Extensive experience with PLC’s (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Vision Systems) Technical background- ability to understand test systems and customer specs in high volume production automotive/automation. Experience in assembly interactions of PLCs and Coil Winding is preferred
