    SUMMARY:

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Ensure all information, readings, testing, and observations, are recorded or conducted as required by environmental regulations and permit conditions

    * Maintain and update the plant's Source Reduction Strategy for solid and residual waste generated at the plant
