    Responsibilities:







    * Create and manage CAD (3D models, assemblies, 2D drawings) using Solidworks/Catia/Pro-E for:

    * Battery mounting structures, Driveline structures and components, Power Electronics structures and enclosures
    * HVAC and Battery cooling hardware, Power Steering components

    * Develop 2D schematics, and 3D routing for wiring harnesses, cables, hoses, lines, connectors
    * Perform CAD package clearances checks under static and dynamic conditions
    * Develop 2D prints and use tolerance stack ups to ensure compatibility with interfacing components as well as with gaging and inspection methods
    * Manage BOM accuracy and ensure CAD to BOM alignment
    * Establish consistent drafting standards, CAD modeling and dimensioning techniques
    * Interface with OEMs and suppliers for CAD data transfer
    * Participate in design reviews and provide technical assistance as required
    * Manage CAD translations across various CAD systems used at customers and suppliers
    * Participate in developing next generation ideas and state of art technology in the heavy-duty electric vehicle industry

    Required Experience and Skills:







    * Associate engineering degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent; advanced degree holders are preferred
    * Deep modeling experiences of mechanical and electrical hardware using Solidworks/Catia/Pro-E
    * Ability to work with minimal supervision while producing high quality output in timely manner
    * Experience with Bill of Material and Change Management Systems
    * Strong knowledge of automotive product development systems and design disciplines

    We are looking for a Manager of Engineering to support the Operations and Maintenance of daily engineering challenges. The Manager of Engineering plans, directs, coordinates, and leads an engineering team and corollary activities related to the engineering support of operation and maintenance, but not limited to, site inspections, scope development, troubleshooting, engineering and construction to assets of the affected facilities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    * You will be responsible for the management and administration of the operations of the O&M Engineering Group.
    * You will lead and motivate a diverse workforce and ensure the effective management of all assigned staff; this includes the management of daily assignments.
    * You will develop, recommend and administer the annual operating and capital budgets for the O&M Engineering unit to ensure expenditures are controlled, maintained, and approved.
    * You will ensure compliance with all corporate and legislative requirements to meet operational, environmental, health, and safety standards, and ensure effectiveness and compliance of maintenance and operations.
    * You and your team will engage operations and maintenance staff daily to help resolve challenges, replace assets, perform engineering assessment, management, and design functions related to the operations and maintenance of the wastewater facilities.
