    What’s the Job?

    Accounting - any other skills in accounting would be preferred (and warrant a higher pay rate), but not required; Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting rep experience, etc.

    Payroll - check hours, review punches and submit payroll for 43 employees, 15-20 are hourly, the rest are salaried.  Will need to email associates if there are missed punches, unapproved overtime, etc. Will use ADP/Workforce Now for payroll processing.

    Human Resources - basic HR functions. Need to be familiar with the Employee Handbook for any questions employees have or actions needed.

    Benefits – Company uses Fidelity for 401K, if employees have loans against it, will need to administer payments.  Healthcare open enrollment is every December.  Initially, there may be issues that need reconciliation until new benefits plan and issues with the changes are sorted out.
