    The Wealth Management Analyst is responsible for mapping out business processes and future state experiences in Advisor desktop. Trusted resource and advocate for business lead of advisor desktop to translate industry experiences and field pain points into a storyboard, process map and business requirements. Architect experiences using business process management to design, analyze, implement, and control processes.

    Primary Duties & Accountabilities:

    * Responsible to define and drive the future of the Advisor desktop experience that connects multiple actions into a streamline workflow, representing the common business processes for the sophisticated advisors.
    * Engage with our sophisticated advisors focused on understanding the practice operations and advisor client engagement for documenting the business process maps and storyboards /journey maps in advisor desktop.
    * Analyze the industry landscape for advisor desktop that includes wealth management awareness and a subject matter expert on advisor desktop.
    * Assist the business lead in developing a point of view on future state experiences in advisor desktop.

    Qualifications:

    * Advanced degree in Business, finance or related field or an equivalent combination of education, field experience and/or progressively responsible work experience.
    * Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience working closely with a financial services distribution system in a consulting capacity with ability to build relationships and gain traction
    * Strong leadership, vision and strategy, decision-making and team-building skills.
    * High level of credibility with the Network Offices and field management including excellent platform skills.
    * In depth knowledge of the distribution system, Network Office operations, products, marketing approaches and sales and career cycle
    * Strong communication skills with ability to motivate a wide variety of audiences.
    * Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish rapport at all levels of the home office and in the field.
    * Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to design cost effective solutions to address long-range distribution system needs
    * Industry experience on advisor desktop or wealth management experiences a plus
    * Highly preferred FINRA Series 7 and Series 63

    * Assist the Director Accounting Policy in identifying changes needed to current IFRS and other regulatory financial reporting to OSFI. Develop a plan with the team to gather additional information in set timelines.
    * Assist the accounting policy team in producing new IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 disclosures.
    * Build revised financial reports using information available in the general ledger. Gather additional non ledger-based information according to the project plan, ensuring that contacts have clear definitions and reporting timelines and when necessary, an understanding of how the new accounting standards will impact their information.

    - University Business Degree (specialization in Accounting or Finance) and CPA designation.
    * Prior experience and exposure to external financial reporting at large finance institution and the insurance industry. Experience in OSFI regulatory reporting is an asset.

    Our growing Oakville client who is a leader in the Financial industry is looking for a Funding Analyst t join their team. Please note this position is a hybrid role- 2 days in office and 3 from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years related experience and will be responsible for the following:

    This full time position reports to the Funding Manager. The candidate will be responsible for auditing and funding new lease packages. The position involves reviewing and auditing lease documentation, deficiency follow-up, liaising with brokers, preparing and amending PPSA's, running and reviewing searches as required and data input into the system.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Audit and fund new leases with an awareness of potentially fraudulent situations. The incumbent must always be focused on the big picture and ensure that our interests are protected.
    * Review broker prepared document packages and compare them to the credit approvals, validating that the documents have been prepared within the parameters of the credit approval
    * Coordinate with the Credit Department to ensure credit conditions are satisfactory and approved
    * Ensuring payments are accurate and that vendors are assessing correct and appropriate taxes before requesting release of payment
    Requirements:
    The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. A positive attitude with the ability to work well independently is crucial.
    The successful candidate must be organized and accurate. Strong written and oral communication skills are required and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
    Candidates should also have an understanding of documentation processes/procedures, T-Value and PPSA rules.
    Qualifications:
    A University or college degree with a Business background is required (or equivalent work experience). Applicants must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

    Salary 55K-60K
    Hours 9am-5pm
