    Manage a group of associates providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management

    Maintain weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as an onsite for large client, recruiting , or a Service industry are an asset

    Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure
    Excellent communication, organization and follow up skills
    Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment
    Strong business acumen
    Proficient PC skills and the ability to navigate the clients different report requirements as well as Manpower systems.
    Daily & weekly attendance reporting
    Sourcing/Recruitment of new associates
