     Establish positioning as a collaborative marketing partner with brand leaders: through demonstrated knowledge, proactive outreach and results.
     Co-lead the implementation of annual marketing plans. In collaboration with the brand, cross-functional teams, the Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will own the implementation of select B2B/B2C marketing plan campaigns, ensuring alignment of messages and optimizing outcomes. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will be directly involved in the execution of the plan from providing inputs to the strategy, developing creative briefs and setting KPIs. The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will work with the broader Marketing & Sales Enablement teams (e.g., creative, digital, email, social, events, etc.) to translate program requirements into an execution plan.
     Ensure that communication materials are updated and available across the spectrum of MPG assets such as websites, landing pages and internal systems. In collaboration with the sales enablement team, ensure sales teams have the proper marketing materials and collateral to articulate our value proposition and are aware of and use materials.
     Manage legal compliance & budget (for vendors and/or agency partners) when necessary.
     Foster a culture of accountability in which all team members are respected. Provide and receive focused feedback and recognition to improve individual and team contributions to achieve business results.

    * Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
    * Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
    * Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
    * Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
    * Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
    * Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
    * Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database

    What do you bring?
    * 1 to 3 years of human resource experience or administrative experience
    * Strong verbal and written communication skills
    * A college degree is preferred but not required
    * Strong communication and Computer Skills
    * Strong understanding of confidentiality
    * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Publisher PowerPoint, Google Docs, Zoom, and ATS systems
