    - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems
    - Hands-on experience with recruiting software
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Strong decision-making skills

    This opportunity has a Hybrid Work framework (target of 40 % - 60% in office) to support our employees. How this works in practice varies by geography and function based on client and team requirements. As this framework is new post-COVID-19 pandemic, it may also change over time.

    What you'll do

    In this critical role on the Corporate Services team, the Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day functions of the Dallas office, including supervising administrative professionals, supporting, and liaising with consulting professionals at all levels.

    Provide administrative support to consulting professionals including but not limited to the following:
    Organize client/prospect communications and marketing efforts.
    Handle sensitive and urgent information from clients, personnel and other contacts while exercising appropriate judgment when responding.
    Oversight and management of office space and its people including but not limited to:
    Lead, motivate, and ensure the successful development of administrative team members who support the Dallas office.
    Oversee office opening, shut down process, health, safety and emergency procedures.
    Hoteling and office assignments for consulting staff.
    Facility, building services, and supply inventory management.
    Office efficiency analysis, improvement suggestions, and facilitation of office construction and development.
    IT services such as troubleshooting and maintaining AV equipment and server room.
    Maintenance of file system including off-site storage per firm record retention policy.
    Approve vendor invoices and other bills within local approval threshold.
    Perform periodic analysis of all vendor performance and contracts
    Liaise directly with building management and/or landlord on all office space items per lease agreement.
    Manage building provided services (janitorial, carpet cleaning, engineering, repairs, etc.).
    Provide Support to Organizational Development and Human Resources teams including the following:
    Administer competency testing (recruiting related) as needed
    Assist corporate HR with staff onboarding/off-boarding and perform local orientation procedures.
    Plan and organize holiday celebrations, team-building events, and client events.

    High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    Minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including two (2) to five (5) years people and office management experience, highly preferred.
    Experience in a fast-paced professional services firm environment preferred.
    High degree of professionalism in behavior and manner including leading and directing others, interfacing with the public, and fostering an "employer of choice" workplace culture.
    Ability to take initiative, exercise discretion and judgment with minimal supervision, and manage confidential information.
    Highest level of integrity is required for all aspects including managing daily confidential office and personnel issues.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients at all levels.
    Effectively communicate Company policies and procedures.
    Extremely proficient organizational and computer skills (i.e., Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
    Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude and thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing office environment.
