Entry level plant technicians are hired as members of a work team. Technician work teams are responsible for keeping production flowing, for meeting performance goals and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.

Technicians do varies types of work, including running high-speed molding, bristling and packing equipment, using a Computer-terminal and performing preventive maintenance on equipment.
Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations and confront business-related problems.
In order to perform the work described above in our manufacturing atmosphere, plant technicians:

    - lift up to 50 pounds floor to chest level
    - climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms

Shift rotations can vary from working a two shift rotating schedule to working three rotating shifts. Technicians must be willing to relocate and work any shift, 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week.
