    Qualifications:
    List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.
    *High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or College Degree Preferred
    *Previous experience in a call center environment, healthcare office, corporate setting, or healthcare insurance provider or pharmacy is highly desirable
    *Understanding and knowledge of commercial and major medical insurance programs, billing requirements, healthcare benefit investigation processes, prior authorization and appeal filings
    *Demonstrated organization and problem solving skills to handle patient conversations identify issues and address needs
    *Must have comfort level with utilizing multiple applications while capturing case information

    Product Handler

    Position Summary: Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Manufacturing Lead. Monitors material to maintain efficient flow of production. Ability to operate hand or power trucks, and other material handling equipment.

    Responsibilities: Essential Duties
    * Operate Hand or power trucks, and other material handling equipment to move materials throughout the unit.
    * Change batteries on the material handling equipment
    * Delivers pallets to staging area after verifying correct quantity of empty trays.
    * Obtain/verify sterilizer tags onto pallets per procedure
    * Load product onto pallets, trays, baskets, or conveyors, checking product identification to verify correct lot number, description, etc. Discard, reject, and record information as needed. Sign and date the back of each tag once the pallet has been verified as having the correct number of units and trays.
    * Remove/place full pallet from/to scissor lift and place in designated area for pack out/sterilization after verification of quantity. Verify to ensure two sterilizer tags are attached.
    * Ensure manufacturing equipment has necessary supplies and materials for overwrap operation.
    * Inspect outer surface and closures for defects and proper identity. Return good units to conveyor line and set rejects aside noting cause for rejection on the reject record.
    * Perform necessary quality checks relative to this operation.
    * Assists in the production operation as needed.
    * Report quality deviations to Lead/Supervisor
    * Perform run changes, and line procedures per procedure.
    * Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition.
    * Adhere to all safety, and good housekeeping regulations
    * Work in other areas as assigned/Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications/Requirements:
    * High school diploma/GED required
    * Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
    * Manual dexterity
    * Good communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand job language in English.
    * Ability to add and subtract simple whole numbers. Care and attention require to follow FIFO component usage.
    * Ability to correctly note all information needed to complete batch records.
    * Ability to recognize minor quality issues.
    * Candidate must pass 7-year background check, and drug screening.
