    • The plant is third party audited and you must lead the quality team and ensure assuming the entire audit with the auditors and increase the current points of certification for the plant. 
    • Provide daily supervision and guidance to floor foreman, quality technicians, and all other staff of the plant from receiving to finished product shipped. 
    • Daily keep records of quality reports, forms, customer and stakeholders’ complaints, statistical reviews and relevant documentations of the company.
    • Ensure all legal standards relating to quality of products of the business are met.
    • Devise procedures to inspect and report all quality issues to concerned parties.
    • Monitor all operations that affect quality of products.
    • Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking final output.

    Requirement: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in food science or related major and/or equivalent work experience is required.
    • QA work experience in fish or food industry, 3 years or more (Required)
    • Experience of 3 years SQF or BRC certified firm (Required)

    Required Experience:

    Required Technical/Functional Skills:
      Strong sales/marketing skills needed to meet business development goals. Proven track record in business development.  Internet recruiting experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate within Manpower systems are critical. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills. Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others. Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.) the professional skills of employees. Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine courses of action. Ability to deal with people and shift back and forth between two or more tasks effectively and tactfully. Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills. Ability to produce results within an unstructured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.  Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed or field offices.

    Your duties will include:

      Create, implement, and manage a strategic fundraising and development plan Cultivate gifts of $25,000 and more from individuals, families, businesses, and other nonprofits through personalized solicitations Be the voice of the organization, describing the mission in community settings Develop long-term donor relationships and perform appropriate “asks” Maintain, research, and analyze existing trends to ensure a progressive momentum Serve as staff liaison in related organizations and committees Coordinate all fundraising activities and special events Manage outreach tools to include, digital, print, and social media mediums

    The ideal candidate will possess:
