INSPECT ALL PARTS AS THEY ARE BEING USED. FLANGES ( THE JOINT BETWEEN THE BODY AND COVER ) MUST BE INSPECTED 100% WITH A .0015” FEELER GAGE. THE GAGE CAN GO NO DEEPER THAN 1/8” MAX. CHECK FOR POROSITY, TORN THREADS, BAD PAINT, MISSING FEATURES ETC.  PER INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR ROUTINGS, DRAWINGS, LEAD PERSON OR SUPERVISOR.
LUBRICATE ALL INDICATED THREADED AREAS.
REMOVE NONCONFORMING OR QUESTIONABLE MATERIAL TO DESIGNATED AREAS UNTIL A DETERMINATION CAN BE MADE. Les candidats devront effectuer toutes les opérations nécessaires à la fabrication, la modification ou la réparation d’assemblages électromécaniques simples ou complexes, de même qu’au montage, à l’ajustement, à la modification et à l’installation des pièces électromécaniques ou des éléments préfabriqués sur des systèmes de vol et/ou de marine selon les conditions, les critères et les précisions exigés pour le poste.

Compétences : Les candidats doivent notamment démontrer les compétences suivantes :

Lire et interpréter des dessins, des schémas et des diagrammes d’assemblages électromécaniques.

Sertir des fils et des câbles électriques de différents types et de différentes dimensions à partir de contacts, des cosses et d’épissures variés.

Installer les câbles, les faisceaux électriques et les sous-assemblages selon les marqueurs, le diagramme de câblage et les dessins dans le cabinet.

Fabriquer des faisceaux électriques selon les exigences des dessins, des schémas et des procédures de travail (routing boards).

Effectuer l’assemblage mécanique des pièces d’avionique à l’aide de dessins, progens, etc.

Effectuer des travaux de brasage tendre selon les normes et les exigences des dessins, des schémas et des procédures de travail.

Effectuer le guipage manuellement ou avec la machine selon les requis du bon de travail.

Monter, ajuster et installer des pièces ou des éléments préfabriqués (montages, systèmes hydrauliques ou mécaniques) sur des systèmes électromécaniques.

Modifier ou ajuster des pièces électromécaniques complexes et de petites dimensions.

Connaître les normes de précision.

Connaître les règles de santé et de sécurité au travail, notamment le SIMDUT.

Expérience pratique : Un minimum de 6 mois d’expérience pertinente.
