What will you be doing?

Organizes and supervises the daily maintenance function for the plant including equipment, tools, facilities and grounds  Installs, maintains, repairs, adjusts, troubleshoots, and inspects equipment and tools. Designs, implements, and manages a preventive maintenance program for all mechanical equipment and tools.  Oversees general maintenance to plant structure and grounds and performs electrical and light plumbing work as needed.  Develops, selects and negotiates with vendors and outside contractors for parts, some equipment/tools and specialized repair or installation services in coordination with the Plant Manager. Places orders with vendors, completes related paperwork and follows-up as needed. Assists with the development and implementation of plant safety programs. Assists with investigations of work-related accidents or sabotage that involve machines, equipment and/or tools.

Material Handler _ $18.50 Per Hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Primary Function:

To pick and pack Satellite orders, Customer orders, pick production assembly orders and fill Kanban bins.

Essential Functions/Position Requirements
(a) Work from written or verbal instructions from Coordinator, system generated picking documents and established work routines.
(b) Pick and pack materials, finished goods for shipment to Satellites and other customers. Consolidate shipment in designated areas. Ensure packaging requirements are met to eliminate possible damage during transportation.
(c) Pick and deliver material for production orders, deliver to designated workstations and store according to proper sequence and coding.
(d) Pick material to fill Kanban bins in workstations or deliver Kanban components from feeder to assembly workstations.
(e) Utilize lifting devices and carts to locate, move and deliver materials.
(f) Perform cycle counting, ensuring accurate count.
(g) Ensure accuracy of parts and quantity based on documentation, scanners and Oracle systems.
(h) Handle internal inquiries and provide assistance in locating materials.
(i) Provide input and recommendations to improve effectiveness of work area.
(j) Inform Coordinator of potential production or material concerns, including delay in shipment.
(k) Provide assistance and guidance to co-workers as required.
(l) Utilize numerous functions of Oracle on daily basis to fulfill warehouse responsibilities.
(m) Maintain Daily 5S responsibilities.
(n) Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education
(a) Grade 12 or interpretation of basic instruction, written information.
(b) 3 - 6 months warehouse material handling experience.
(c) Basic to Intermediate computer skills including MS Office and database management.
(d) Experience with Scanners for use in a Warehouse environment.
(e) Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
(f) Licensed Electrical Truck Operator with Fall Arrest certification.
(g) Prior experience on truck loading principles.

Job Title: 1st Shift Medical Device Operator 

Location: Anaheim, Ca

Pay Range: $20.00-$21.00

What’s the Job?

Responsible for the production of high quality medical devices.  Performs routine assignments according to standard and procedures.  May perform a combination of assembly, repair and test operations on pacemakers.  Ensure that relevant documentation of cell operation is accurate.  Participate in continuous improvements/quality and profitability metrics. 

What’s Needed?

Follow safety and guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices when performing all operations.  Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quantity documents are accurate.  Understand Lean Manufacturing procedures  Communicate effectively with hire management and teams.
