What will you be doing?


* Daily Building inspections, both inside and out for safety, security and property damage
* Circulated throughout facility weekly to identify light bulbs in need of replacement.
* Conduct basic repairs, fix to plumbing systems such as leaky faucets and clogged drains.
* worked with staff, contractors and residents on major repair and renovation projects.
* Used and operated various types of tools such as power saws, sanders, grinders, forklift and basic hand tools.
* Installed weather stripping, window shades and blinds in offices and lobbies.
* maintained safety conditions and standards in facility.
* Painting in general
* Quickly learn new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiently and productivity
* Drywall repair and replacement
* Building Safety Inspections
* HVAC system & water system filter replacements

What do you bring?


* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a maintenance role or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of basic repair techniques, plumbing systems, and general maintenance practices.
* Familiarity with the operation of various tools and equipment.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when required.
* Basic knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to maintain a safe working environment.
