    What will you be doing?

    * Provide general administrative support to the Site Operations team and onsite Enabling Functions
    * Collaborate with Site Leaders and FCCL (Foster Creek Christina Lake) Administrators to evaluate the current administrative service delivery across the operation
    * Review Administrative workflows for efficiency and make recommendations for change
    * Promotes a cohesive and collaborative team atmosphere with all administrative staff across the operation
    * Process, verify, reconcile and/or provide coding for Visa and expense statements
    * Coordinate logistics for new hires, staff moves/changes and terminations and work with other members of the team to ensure the on-boarding process runs efficiently and effectively
    * Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, data compilation, and adhoc reporting
    * Develop and maintain a filing system, manage various SharePoint sites and ensure the organization chart are kept up to date

    What will you bring?
    * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
    * Solid business experience with a minimum of 5 years progressive administrative responsibilities, preferably within the oil and gas industry
    * Business Administration diploma or equivalent considered an asset
    * Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
    * Knowledge of office management systems and procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Microsoft Visio
    * High safety standards
    * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, follow-up and meet deadlines
