    What will you be doing?


    * Support the entire lifecycle of specific projects, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
    * Develop, manage and control project schedules by updating and communicating timelines with the working team
    * Document project requirements and scope, project resources, and monitor the efforts of project team members
    * Facilitate meetings, document the minutes of the discussion, communicate in a timely manner, and follow up on actions for completeness prior to the next meeting.
    * Prepare process recommendation documents including presentations, process models, supporting metrics, business requirements and related impact analysis
    * Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists. o Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, and ROI calculations to determine project feasibility.

    What do you bring?


    * In the process of attaining a bachelor's degree in business, economics or a related field required.
    * 1 year of experience in project management and process development highly desired.
    * Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
    * Transportation experience / knowledge or a strong interest in network / capacity optimization may be beneficial.
    * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in-depth knowledge of Excel required
