    This role is to help work through high volume of processing items on our Asset Movement Team within ICS. The team member would be responsible for completing task in various workbaskets with a high degree of accuracy. Training and support would be provided to help the individual acclimate to the workload.

    This role fits the organizational requirement to complete financial processing work within the agreed upon service level requirements. Based on current volumes we are not able to handle many of the basic tasks, and a delay in this creates additional phone volume which we are also having difficulty supporting creating issues on both ends.

    Must haves:
    Call center experience is desired
    1 plus years of financial experience.
    Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy
    Ability to navigate systems and applications to complete standard requests

    Nice haves:
    Basic understanding of Financial Services products
    Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
