    The ideal Bank teller serves as a liaison between the member and the Credit Union. The timely identification and escalation of exceptions as well as assisting in the research and resolution of outstanding items.
    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
    * Fiserv Loan Application - produce the ledger balance verification reports from the loan application and review for out of balance conditions present between the general ledger and related subledger accounts.
    * General Ledger Account Balancing - prepare reconciliations for general ledger accounts interfacing with the Black Knight and Fiserv loan applications, identify exception items and escalate to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

    * Black Knight Mortgage Application (System) - complete the daily system balancing for the Black Knight application to ensure nightly processing occurred without issue, all entries were recorded as expected, and loan account balances were updated accurately.
    * Zero Balance Account (ZBA) & Reclass - review system reports on the zero balance, static balance and balance reclassification reports to ensure nightly processing produced the expected results and that no exception items remain in the specified accounts.
    * Fiserv Loan Application Exceptions - research and assist the loan operations team in resolving exception items previously identified as part of the ledger balance verification, general ledger and internal checking account reconciliation processes.
    * BKFS Mortgage Application Exceptions - research and assist the mortgage servicing team in resolving exception items previously identified as part of the system, general ledger and internal checking account reconciliation processes.
    * Correcting Journal Entries - prepare correcting entries as needed to resolve exception items causing out of balance conditions between to the loan ledger and corresponding general ledger and/or internal checking accounts.

    This position will be directly responsible managing the daily operations of the branch. This includes, but isn't limited to, the supervision and development of branch personnel, meeting the needs of the customers, and cross-selling of products to enhance a customer's portfolio.

    What is the job?
    * Manage the daily operations of the branch
    * Supervise, develop, and train branch personnel - ensuring all bank policies are procedures are accurately communicated and adhered to
    * Verifies deposits, balances, and cash balances for the branch
    * Cross-selling of other services to bank customers
    * Assist customers in opening new accounts and addressing any customer issues or complaints

    * 3-5 years in a branch leadership role

    Manpower est à la recherche de 4 commis à la vérification des prêts pour son client, une des principale Banque au pays.

    Vos tâches :
    Vous aurez à faire de la vérification de prêt, soit 'avant déboursement' ou 'après déboursement'.
    Votre objectif? Trouver les anomalies dans la documentation des prêts, conduire les recherches nécessaires pour trouver la source et choisir la procédure appropriée pour régler l'erreur. Vous aurez également à faire de l'assurance qualité, vous assurez qu'aucune erreur n'existe dans le dossier client.
    Vous aurez à faire la mise à jour de la base de données de prêts de la banque.

    Ce poste est axé sur le respect des ententes de services (SLA) et le respect des normes de qualité de la banque. L'équipe supporte le Canada en entier, le bilinguisme est une nécessité.

    4 postes ouverts :
    2 postes à durée de 24 mois avec possibilité de permanence, 1 poste 6 mois avec possibilité de prolongation et un poste 3 mois ( idéal pour personne en fin de permis de travail).

    Emploi à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi sur des horaires de jour (entre 8h00 et 17h00 )
    Localisé à ville Lasalle, stationnement gratuit. Bonnes possibilités qu'une partie du travail soit faite en télétravail.
