    The Funding Coordinator is accountable for providing processing, monitoring, coordination and follow-up of all lending terms and conditions for Automotive Finance, to ensure funds are advanced in a timely manner.     * Manage the disbursement of funds for all Automotive Finance deals, ensuring accuracy of data.
    * Proactively manage outstanding files/conditions through the completion of funding, working with clients to improve funding ratios Provide recommendations to Manager on process improvements and operational effectiveness, ensuring continual consideration to bank audit and regulatory requirements.

    What exactly is the job?
    * Review loan approval for conventional and refinance transactions
    * Request and review documents needed for closing from borrower and title companies to ensure all paperwork/information is included - ex: homeowner's insurance, verification of employment, outstanding property taxes and liens
    * Prepare closing instructions, issue mortgage disbursement checks, and prepare wiring instructions
    * Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders on the status of the files and request outstanding documents

    What do you bring to the job?
    * Previous experience in the mortgage field is preferred or at least a general knowledge base of mortgage documents
    * Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
    * Exceptional organization and time management skills
    * Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency
    * Solid verbal and written communication

    This position at it's core requires someone with strong project management skills as this role is responsible for ensuring the effective and timely processing of mortgage loan application files from the time the application is submitted through closing of the loan. This position will also be responsible for ensuring compliance within department guidelines as well as investor and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and customer service skills as this role serves as the point of contact for clients, builders, and realtors to answer any questions that they might have throughout the mortgage loan application process.

    What exactly is the job?
    * Responsible for oversight of the mortgage loan from input through closing
    * Assist in the compilation of required source documents
    * Order, review, analyze and follow up on all settlement services and loan documentation necessary to make an underwriting decision - i.e. pulling credit reports, verifying mortgage insurance, employment verifications, flood determinations, survey requirements, title work, etc.
    * Perform review of all application information to original source documents to ensure data integrity with compliance, investor, corporate, and industry standards
    * Follow up on conditions needed to obtain final loan approval to ensure an accurate, timely, and efficient loan closing
