    To develop and maintain effective relationships with businesses that result in consistent productive utilization of CSCF services and programs across the five-county footprint.
    Provides intentional customer service through a consultative approach to understand the current and future needs of local business as it relates to talent, training and unique needs of each business client.
    Works collaboratively with Career Services Consultants and other internal stakeholders to understand and promote the qualifications/skills of CSCF clients.

    Determine business requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and services.
    Can define the regions high growth industries sectors and acquire a more intensive understanding and immersion to one or more high growth industry sectors for focused service delivery.
    Understand the full business cycle from opening, recruitment, expansions, hiring trends, layoffs, outplacement and upskilling by industry sector of the local business community and provide the correlating business service solution to support.
    Obtains new business by following a planned/ standardized outreach process.
    Maintains current business through continually providing value added services and regular communication.
    Knows and understands how to offer and upsell all work-based products and services to businesses when appropriate.
    Recommends qualified candidates to business for consideration and facilitates creative ways for businesses to meet and engage with potential candidates. Specific emphasis will be on candidates that have received training or earned certifications/credentials through CSCF programs.
    Utilizes Customer Relationship Management system to track and maintain Business relationships Requirement to use business tools - such as CRM, Employ Florida, data collection and other tools to capture metrics and progress in an ongoing basis.
