    Our growing Burlington client who is the leader in the Security industry is looking for a Proposal/ RFP/ Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years related experience and will be responsible for the following:

    The Technical Writer is required to write compelling, technically accurate and well-organized RFP/Bid Proposals, Presentations, Operational Plans/Manuals, Operating instructions and SOP's, project descriptions, whitepapers, newsletters, training plans, process reviews, or any other business-related documents.
    The Writer will:
    * Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of all company Policies, Processes/Procedures and Manuals;
    * Standardize documentation style, layout, language and content across platforms and media and create templates and scripts;
    * Plan and prioritize future documentation plans/projects in collaboration with the management team and manage multiple streams of work and parallel deadlines of assigned deliverables;
    * Participate in defining presentation and marketing/brand standards and guides and documentation;
    * Participate and/or lead RFP and Project management Working Groups/meetings to prepare quality, creative and timely proposals.
    * A degree or diploma in Technical, Professional or Business Writing, or Research or equivalent relevant field (e.g. Journalism, English, or Communications);
    * 5+ years of proven professional experience in a technical writer or content manager position;
    * Experienced and proficient in a variety of Technical Writer tools and demonstrated capability to learn a new tools/technology quickly and efficiently;
    * Experience working with content management, knowledge based, and version control systems and other information-delivery platforms. Practical experience with Document Management Systems (DMS);
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills with expert writing, editing, proofreading skills and impeccable spelling, grammar and punctuation;
    * Outstanding research, interviewing, listening, analytical and problem-solving skills;
    * Possess a valid Ontario Provincial Drivers Licence.

    Salary 75K-80K

    Our client is a military aerospace cable assembly manufacturing company in Chatsworth, CA is seeking an experienced Molding Tech.

    Position Summary
    Perform a variety of duties such as mixing materials, assembling mold parts, filling molds, and stacking molds to mold and cast a wide range of products.

    What's in it for you?

    Shift: 1st Shift
    Schedule: Monday-Thursday / 10hr days
    Weekly pay (Every Friday)
    Pay Rate: $15 - $16

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Fills mold with mixed material or applies material to mold to specified thickness.
    Molds parts or products using vibrator, hand press, or casting equipment and taps or tilts mold to ensure uniformity.
    Operates and adjusts controls of heating equipment to melt material or to cure, dry or bake filled molds according to specifications.
    Opens mold and removes finished products.
    Measures ingredients and mixes molding or casting material or sealing compound, to prescribed consistency according to formula.
    Assembles, inserts and adjusts wires, tubes, cores, fittings, rods, or patterns into mold, using hand tools and depth gauge.
    Removes excess material and levels and smooths wet mold mixture.
    Inspects and tests parts or products for defects and to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.

    Education/ Qualifications
    High School or GED Preferred
    Previous experience working in manufacturing.
    Molding experience preferred but not required
    Ability to priorities and work in a team setting
    Strong manual dexterity and arm-hand steadiness

    Physical Demands:
    Light lifting, up to 25 lbs. and the performance of job duties that requires seating down for a long period of time.
    Must be able to perform repetitive hand movements.
    Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
