The Amway Digital Product and Experience Design team (DXD) is looking for a Customer Experience Digital Design Lead to support a number of Agile Product Teams in delivering world class software experiences, ranging from Native IOS apps to responsive web experiences.

What’s the Job? We are seeking an Experience Design Lead to head a team that designs experiences that are effortless, delightful, and valuable to customers.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the problem to solve, business owner needs, and experience vision Lead the experience design team to generate ideas and prototype Define the criteria and method to go from lots of ideas to a few critical solutions Understand and help coordinate content, data, technology, people and process that need to come together as designed Provide leadership and guidance to digital product teams, designed around customer needs, improving our business
What’s Needed?
BA/BS Creative Design, Digital Technologies, Information 8 years experience, including interactive strategy experience and/or direct responsibility for managing digital technologies Demonstrated experience in UX, CX, or digital design with an understanding of how to leverage digital platforms and experiences to solve complex business problems A proven track record of implementing breakthrough concepts Be human centered, have excellent judgement and high design standards
