    Position Summary:
    The Supply Chain Analyst executes day-to-day planning and scheduling related to analysis that support operational performance. This individual is responsible for the strategies and tactics used to manage the aggregate financial demand plan. This position will use ERP data, forecasts, and other tools to identify needs, place orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure the continuity of supply at the least total cost to the company. Responsible for managing program costs and schedules through in-depth qualitative/quantitative analysis.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
    * Supply chain planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, cost control, and demand analysis
    * Prepare integrated test plans to test standard functionality, customizations, reports, workflows and financial data in systems
    * Model inventory scenarios for ROP, OUL, inventory cycle times and other statistical categories
    * Identify and react to inventory trends to maintain inventory % of sales target
    * Ability to identify and establish relevant and timely criteria for program controls activities
    * Ability to work independently on complex program controls issues
    * Review and suggest items and quantities for purchase orders during replenishment cycle
    * Generate and administer internal and external purchaser orders
    * Update product specifications and product logs
    * Experience in program cost functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk assessment, and cost analysis
    * Communicate with manufacturers and the internal team in an organized, detailed and efficient manner to ensure clear visibility to production planning and logistics operations.
    * Provide general product maintenance support in master data
    * Create and maintain material component lists for stock products
    * Coordinate workflow of proofs for blue lines to ensure timely approval
    * Interface with suppliers and serve as liaison for issues as they arise
    * Upload bills of material and make corrections as needed
    * Research and resolve invoice discrepancies related to price and quantity variances
    * Provide standard and custom reports to Management as required
    * Processes work orders, transfer orders, and consignment orders
    * Assist with continuous sourcing initiatives
    * Coordinate and track inbound/outbound shipments from suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
    * Serve as customer service point for internal queries related to receipt schedules, quality issues, and bill of materials
    * Overtime will be required for this position.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    * Education/Certification: Masters degree in business, finance, supply chain or related field preferred
    * Program control, financial analytics, and supply chain planning experience
    * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or materials management.
    * Working understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts.
    * Ability to work overtime.

    The Records Specialist works as a member of the Advancement division team at the University of Dayton. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent data in a relational database management system in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes collecting, reviewing, researching, interpreting, verifying and entering information from a variety of sources using a variety of techniques as well as personal judgment. The Records Specialist is responsible for the thorough, accurate and timely maintenance of biographical data to meet the needs of donors and facilitate the work of colleagues.
    The position interacts directly with constituents (such as alumni and major donors) by phone, email and mail and makes necessary updates to constituent records, such as address changes, demographic information and relationship links. At all times, the Records Specialist ensures that the needs of the customer (internal or external) are balanced with the administrative requirements of the University and any applicable legislation.
    This position is responsible for critical business functions including, but not limited to, constituent data verification, entry and management, gift processing related duties, electronic document imaging, and proactive acquisition of constituent data. The position will cross train to assure that critical functions of the department are covered at all times and team members can receive backup during peak times, vacation, or illness. The Records Specialist provides assistance with database integrity and maintenance and serves as an active member of the Advancement Records team, contributing to the refinement of processes and procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:
