    About the Job:

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking two experienced recruiters to deliver exceptional customer service to both our clients and associates. This is a full-time position working in office, Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM. Being a recruiter at Manpower means being full-cycle, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, orientation, and client relations. Recruiters report directly to Market Manager.

    Job Responsibilities:
    *Hands-on recruiting through creative job postings, cold calling, and other effective strategies.
    *Selection of qualified candidates through interviewing and administration of assessments.
    *Acts as liaison between clients and candidates; evaluating skills required for various job assignments and filling open orders in an effective and timely manner.
    *Leads new-hire candidates through on-boarding process and client specific orientation.
    *Manages multiple client accounts and builds strong client relationships to ensure staffing needs are being met and exceeded.
    *Delivers outstanding customer service to candidates, associates, and clients through punctual communication, empathy, and ability to trouble shoot.
    *Handles client specific compliance requirements.
    *Other duties as assigned.

    Skills, Abilities, & Qualifications:
    *Strong ability to multitask by managing multiple projects and needs throughout the course of the workday.
    *Exceptional communication skills: both written and verbal.
    *Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
    *Ability to trouble shoot and think quickly on your feet while being flexible & adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the industry and the client.
    *Fast learner, self-motivated, and ability to work independently on tasks as well as work in a team setting.
    *Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 (Preferred)

    Education:
    *High School Diploma (Required)

    Experience:
    *1-3 years of experience in staffing, human resources, or talent management (Preferred)

    Schedule:
    *Full Time
    *M-F 8AM-5PM

    Work Location:
    *In office: Taylor, MI
    - Ability to work remotely if necessary
    *Travel: If chosen for onsite recruiter role, will have to travel to client site in Plymouth, MI. Will be paid for mileage.

    Pay:
    *$20-22/hour
