    Job Summary:
    Group Marketing Manager is responsible for the assigned Marketing discipline(s) and managing the Marketing members of those discipline(s). The Group Marketing Manager will oversee all strategic decisions and identify, develop, and promote high-level talent.

    v Human Resources/Personnel-type functions including but not limited to: interviewing/making hiring recommendations, disciplining/making termination recommendations, performance evaluations, training and guidance, promotions and advancements.

    v Budget generation; approval and monitoring.

    v Create a monthly marketing report for the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing.

    v Cross functional support of other departments such as Sales (Customer Service), Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs and Administration.

    v Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

    v Other duties as assigned by Group Marketing Manager or Associate Director of Sales & Marketing


    v Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required. Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.

    v 7-10 years of experience in marketing preferred.

    v Demonstrated leadership experience in a related medical field, heading up a marketing department or having cross functional experience in product management

    v Demonstrates big picture thinking using broad perspective to develop actionable, high-value strategies.

    * Lead ongoing execution of MOVE, a comprehensive global medical education program aiming to increase local vaccinator awareness on IMD, the urgency to vaccinate and the current company vaccines portfolio​

    * Working with agency, Medical, and KOLs, plan the MOVE expertise meeting scheduled to occur in November. This meeting will gather experts with the intent to create a community of future KOLs for the global Mening team. The objective/agenda/content is under finalization but may require some further alignment in August. The agency, medical and KOL relationship colleagues are already onboard and are familiar with the program given the first meeting had happened in June 2021
