    Medical Assistant

    Medical Assistant to assist the City of Tulsa's Medical Office for approximately 2 months.

    Will be responsible for assisting in injury care and post-hire physicals.

    * Assist Registered Nurse with ultrasound and electrical stim physical therapy treatments
    * Assist the City Physician in providing prescribed medical treatment to include bandaging, suture removals, dressing changes, and eye and ear irrigations
    * Perform various health tests, immunizations, and advises patients
    * Perform diagnostic tests to include audiometric, spirometry, vision, EKG, urinalysis, and vital signs
    * Maintain and enter daily test results for the City Urine Drug Screening Program into a database for tracking
    * Assist Radiology Technician on x-ray equipment as needed
    * Handling of medical records using electronic medical records database and other front desk support duties as needed

    Qualifications:

    * Minimum of 2 years of recent experience
    * High School Diploma or Equivalent
    * Current Oklahoma CMA certification is a MUST

    Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

    Required Skills and Abilities:
