    Do you bring nonprofit experience in:

    * Administering and monitoring grant funded programs?

    This rewarding role is instrumental in the provision of philanthropic resources that benefit the entire Frederick County community. As the Community Impact Manager you will support the appropriate distribution of resources to proven-effective programs and ensure that targeted outcomes are being met. The Community Impact Manager works collaboratively with the CEO and serves as an integral support to overall organizational goals.
    The ideal candidate will possess:

    * Bachelor's degree
    * 3+ years of nonprofit data or grant management across multiple organizations
    * Project management skills, effective planning and follow through
    * Understanding of the grants acquisition and compliance processes
    * Expertise with relational databases: data entry, data tracking and analysis
    * Ability to effectively self-manage work deadlines, calendars and appointments
    * Strong communication skills
    * Proficiency with MS Office and data management systems
    * Ability to meet onsite with program administrators at times
    * Willingness to attend recognition and networking events as needed

    This positions offers you:

    * Great starting pay that is commensurate with your skill level at $70-75,000 annually with bonus potential.

    A local nonprofit organization is seeking a friendly customer advocate to provide consulting and support services to a variety of business clients.
    In this position you will correspond directly with local businesses that are pursuing accreditation and credentialing to advance their organization. You will advise, direct and serve as a strong advocate for your customers. You will maintain critical customer data and build an extensive knowledge base for services and credentialing procedures. You will enjoy a standard M-F daytime work schedule, a beautiful modern office setting, casual dress, and a moderate work pace.
    This job will require you to:

    * Build strong working relationships with your customer base
    * Answer customer inquiries relating to services, credentialing status and accreditation
    * Become the Subject Matter Expert for services, policies and procedures

    * Provide support to internal management and your clients
    * Accurately track and maintain critical accreditation and customer information

    Strongest candidates for this job will have:

    * HS diploma
    * Residency in the Frederick County, MD area

    * Proficiency with MS Office, Word and Excel required
    * Strong typing and critical thinking skills
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Experience with a CRM or data management platform is preferred
