    Manpower is currently seeking a Senior Materials Coordinator to fulfill a long-term contract position for a major pipeline company in Calgary, AB.

    Specific Accountabilities:
    * Assist with planning, scheduling, reviewing and coordinating material procurement to meet the area construction schedule.
    * Maintain administrative control of all construction materials as required for construction projects
    * Assist in initiating purchase requisitions for critical materials as necessary to meet construction needs and contract obligations
    * Supervise the procurement of materials not ordinarily procured by the Purchasing Department
    * Submit periodic project reports as required
    * Coordinate flow of material in material delivery program including but not limited to:
    * Issuance of Purchase Orders
    * Inspections at vendor facilities, preservation requirements, transfer of care/custody/control,
    * Ship Releases required for shipment
    * Coordinate with the site Chief Inspector for delivery
    * Receipt and logging of Material Receiving Reports provided by the contractor
    * Resolving Overage, Shortage and Damage Reports issued by the contractor
    * Non Conformances Reports issued against the vendor, warranty claims issued against the vendor
    * Required spares and a strategy for the use of surplus material
    * Within the flow of material in the material delivery program, recommend, implement and provide corrective actions for areas of concern
    * Provide assistance with securing temporary storage and laydowns areas for client supplied material and equipment
    * Maintain contact with Purchasing, Design and Construction personnel as well as outside vendors to discuss matters relating to the procurement of materials
    * Verify accuracy of material ordered on authorization and purchase orders to the construction drawings
    * Correct and procures material missed or ordered incorrectly
    * Maintain contact with Plant Accounting regarding work order differences
    * Works with Material Clerks regarding completion reports and unitizing of various items
    * Ensures that all completion reports are received by Plant Accounting within a reasonable time after completion of a project to verify that all materials are accounted for
    Required Education and Experience:
    * Must have 5+ years' previous experience working in the pipeline industry in a related role
    * Experience using field purchasing control systems
    * Experience generating completion reports
    * Demonstrated ability to work without close supervision.
    * Fundamental understanding of the following:
    * Goods Receipts and transfers in procurement systems
    * Project lifecycles
    * Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Visio, and SharePoint
    * Project management concepts
    * Quality management systems
    * Data analysis

    Specific Accountabilities:
    * Collect and document business requirements for implementing the EAM system, including but not limited to: Finance, Engineering, Integrity, including Reliability Engineering, Operations, including Technical Performance, Operational Risk, Asset/Commercial Performance and Asset Data and Information
    * Facilitate sessions to collaborate on new process and practice development, continuous improvements, and clearly defined end-to-end process flows
    * Create process and practice documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for EAM stakeholders
    * Conduct maturity assessments against existing processes and practices to highlight areas of improvement or concerns

    Specific Accountabilities:

    * Mature the existing OCM Strategy to direct program development
    * Develop OCM plan including stakeholder analysis, change readiness and change impact assessment
    * In connection with the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) OCM team, develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communications plan
    * Maintain, update and execute the company's stakeholder engagement plan
    * Support OCM Training rollout, with communications support and guidance to work within the overall OCM plan.
    * Develop and implement sustainment plan
    * Transparently work with EAM OCM team, Enterprise Asset and Work Management OCM Lead and other Business Unit OCM resources to ensure alignment
    * Work collaboratively with OCM resources to ensure alignment and reduce duplication of effort
    * Flag and monitor business unit OCM risks and work with leads to plan and execute mitigation whenever possible
    * Provide OCM support in addition to overall engagement plan, as directed by the EAM Program Manager

    Required Education and Experience:
    * Change management expertise; 10 years of strategic and tactical management experience
    * Experience in OCM leadership within a program, or multiple complex projects simultaneously
    * Knowledge of best practices from area of expertise which includes skilled communication, training and leadership coaching
    * Experience in Infrastructure Assets Management is considered an asset
    * Experience as an OCM leader on a large scale IT implementation project is considered an asset
    * Strong interpersonal skills
    * Knowledge of Agile fundamentals
