    Manpower is currently seeking a Business Analyst with IT technical background to fulfill a long term contract position with a major pipeline client in North York, ON.

    Specific Accountabilities:
    * Facilitate, analyze, validate and document business, organizational, operational and solution requirements for IT system solutions
    * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements
    * Create plans and schedules specific to business analysis and monitor corresponding activities within the project lifecycle
    * Work with the IT Technical Leads to integrate requirements into system solutions
    * Conduct impact assessments on the environment including risk and mitigation strategies
    * Determine user change management and training requirements
    * Create use cases and work with QA Lead on the development test plans and scripts
    * Work on transition to support plans and related activities
    * Act as a liaison between the technical project teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
    * Deliverables for this role are as follows: Business Requirements Document (BRD), Solution Requirements Document (SRD), Use Cases, Business Process Maps

    Required Education and Experience:
    * 10+ years of experience working as a Senior IT Business Analyst on business application projects using established methodologies
    * Experience with the creation and management of above mentioned Deliverables
    * Advanced and experienced workshop facilitation and communication skills
    * Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops with broad range of high end stakeholders involved in the conduct of work
    * Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    * Strong interpersonal, negotiation and consensus building skills to effectively work with Business/IT teams to produce positive outcomes
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio and more)
    * Previous experience working with mobile application projects and Utilities industry are considered an asset
    * Domain knowledge in and/or Corrosion Management Systems is desired

    Specific Accountabilities:
    * Required to record, track and maintain all submissions related to cost, progress and change.
    * Update and Maintain earned value reports for all major scopes of work on a daily basis.
    * Review and recording of daily time tickets (LEMs) for cost and man hour information.
    * Review and recording of daily progress for earned value reporting
    * Conduct critical analysis of project costs and budget
    * Interface with contractors to ensure we are provided with correct rates and estimates for updating reports
    * Interface with Inspectors to ensure they are providing accurate documentation for updating reports.
    * Review and validation of Invoices to ensure that dates and amounts are in agreement with contract terms.
    * Work with the company's internal invoice system and the Accounts Payable group to ensure invoices are coded properly and sent to the appropriate approver.
    * Compilation of scheduled and ad hoc reporting as required by the project personnel.
    * Attend and participate in program and contractor update meetings.
    * Active participant of the program team; works closely with project managers and Project Controls Analysts (PCA).
    * Comply with all the company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Safety, Integrity, Respect, and other applicable trainings.
    * Other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience:
    * Technical diploma; or formal training in Scheduling, Estimating, Cost Controls, and Planning
    * Minimum 2 years of experience related to cost and/or scheduling is required, preferably in the oil and gas industry
    * Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
    * Understanding of scheduling principles including data input
    * Experience with Oracle Financials and Markview Invoicing
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
    * Highly detailed oriented

    Specific Accountabilities:

    * Responsible for coordinating and leading the application integration work for the boundary systems being integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo On Prem
    * Boundary System - Any system that will need to be integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo, such as Oil Accounting, OpenLink, Workday, etc.
    * Will work under the direction of the Integration Supervisor and the Integration PM
    * Establish a Technical QA process for the boundary system portion of the integrations
    * Coordinate the technical delivery of the boundary system portion of the integrations
    * Ensure the boundary system environments for SIT are in place.
    * Provide the Integration team with a central point of contact for the technical aspects of the integration to the boundary systems.
    * Track, manage and escalate technical issues and risks around the boundary systems and the boundary system integration component to the Integration Team and the Integration PM.
    * Work with the Dev Ops lead and boundary system owners to ensure there is alignment on the system code migration/deployment/release approach.

    Required Education and Experience:
    * 8+ years' experience in a related role
    * Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Maximo
