    Daily Responsibilities:

    Specific Accountability's:
    * Support Training Lead in creation of management reports related to training effectiveness

    Must-Have Skills:

    * Ability to read and interpret financial statements and legal agreements
    * Knowledge of IFRS and Canadian regulations as related to accounting
    * Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
    * Ability to work independently and manage one's time
    * Proficient previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software

    Required:
    * Knowledge of training standards and terminology
    * Experienced in training logistics such as working with external providers, scheduling virtual classroom sessions, utilizing virtual training and Web Based Training (WBT) tools
    * Knowledge of LMS functionality for uploading and managing online curricula
    * Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with Training team members, OCM counterparts, Functional Change Management Specialists, and business unit site coordinators
    * Must have excellent organizational and communication skills

    * Direct and supervise daily work assignments interpreting job orders and assigning duties to employees.
    * Organize and prioritize daily production and shipping schedules, including packaging, domestic and export volume.
    * Actively participate in the process to achieve terminal objectives, keeping management apprised of related progress, strategies and adjustments.
    * Enforce established quality control standards, Company policies and terminal site specific procedures.
    * Review processes to recognize and promote ideas that provide safer, more efficient cost effective operations, ensuring that operating costs are consistent within the established budget.
    * Review production and operating reports and direct the resolution of traffic / CSR-related problems to prevent operational delays.
    * Monitoring traffic / CSR equipment and assist employees in general diagnostics of malfunctions in systems.



    Position Requirements:



    Education:



    * Bachelor's degree
    * Applicable industry experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.



    Experience / Specific Knowledge:

    * Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience with multiple direct reports.
    * Minimum of five (5) years SAP experience, with warehouseing-related applications a must

    Pay Rate $20-$22.00/hr based on experience
    Under the direction of supervisor, clean up, and repair valves, actuators and accessories. Identify needed parts and work with other departments to obtain them. Repair, assemble and test, and tag valves, actuators and accessories using a variety of tools, measuring and shop equipment. Maintain shop, tools and equipment in orderly and functional condition.
    Follows company policies and procedures to maintain quality of workmanship and performance required.
    Travels to customer premises and assists in providing field service to valve and actuator products. This requires performing repair work as well as dealing with the customer relationships. Travel will frequently be on short notice.
    Diversified duties requiring mechanical skills and attention to details. Tasks are complex, technical and may require some technicians input to determine actions required. Under direction of supervisor or lead technician performs own work referring only unusual cases and questions to supervisor or lead technician.
    Errors could result in product failure under warranty, damage to customer relations or injury.
    Contacts are with other members of the service center staff, the field sales organization, including distributors and representatives and customer personnel. Some contact with outside vendors where primary responsibility rests with next higher level of supervision.
    Regularly has access to proprietary engineering data.
    Works in shop conditions.
    Exposure to hazardous conditions such as chemicals, and high-pressure air and water.
