    Entry of invoices and credit memos from approved indirect and direct suppliers and employee reimbursements. Assuring all items are reviewed for validity of expenditure, proper account classifications and compliance to Company's policies.

    Qualifications:
    Post secondary degree or certificate in accounting or business related field and/or combination of education and accounts payable experience.
    Ability to perform a highly effective procure-to-pay business cycle
    Strong organizational skills to complete routine tasks promptly with concurrent deadlines
    Communication and teamwork skills
    Computer literacy and advanced skills in the use of accounting software; working knowledge of SAP

    · Shipping Order Entry - including but not limited to entering, verifying or

    troubleshooting all shipment information, maintaining site addresses, attaching

    required documents, maintaining appropriate shipping statuses and entering all

    Clinical Supplies Shipping information into the appropriate data bases.

    · Pre-shipping activities - including but not limited to managing all communication into

    the warehouse where a shipment is required, being the liaison between Distribution

    and Order Entry, managing the shipping schedule, printing all shipping orders and

    working directly with Distribution to assure all shipments are addressed in the time

    period required

    · Post-shipping activities - including but not limited to tracking each shipment,

    representing each stage of the shipment and its tracking information in the

    appropriate inventory management systems, from the time its leaves the facility

    through to delivery to the end-user, filing of all paperwork as well as maintaining the

    Controlled GMP Filing Area and pulling and reviewing shipping paperwork to assist in

    shipment related investigations

    · Continuous Improvement initiatives or project related activities needed for the

    Site Quality Operations (SQO) department is a service unit supporting the Clinical Supplies organization. It is responsible for providing Quality Assurance activities and services to the Clinical Supplies Platform in maintaining compliance with global and regional ICH/GCP and cGMP requirements.

    Monitor and continuously improve the Quality system by evaluating supporting documentation to ensure compliance to cGMP, Industry standards and other applicable regulations. Take appropriate actions to correct any deficiencies found.
    Perform inspection and release for investigational product labeling, investigational and commercial product and packaging components against approved specifications.
    Perform routine inspections of retain samples and maintain up to date inventory of retain samples.
    Review and approve labeling design and final proofs as well as printed packaging materials to ensure compliance with FDA and ICH regulations.
    Perform batch record reviews for all Investigational Product labeled and packaged as well as release for incoming product, components and labeling and packaging materials as needed.
    Provide input, review and approve documentation for the labeling/packaging operations at contract vendors. Perform batch record review and release for these operations to ensure compliance to cGMP and other applicable regulations.
    Assist in internal audits, as needed, and raise CAPAs in Trackwise or equivalent system, as needed.
    Provide support and assist in managing Quality eSystems to ensure compliance to established timelines for deviations, CAPAs, investigations, OOS, etc.
    Provide Quality support and services to Clinical Supplies, as needed, to ensure compliance to cGMP and other applicable regulations.
    Complete other duties, tasks and projects as required.
