    Specific Accountabilities:

    Required Education and Experience:

    * 7+ years of experience in conducting interviews and facilitating workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
    * 7+ years of experience in documenting initiative/project background information, environmental analysis, financial modelling, alternatives, impacts, risks, cost-benefit analyses, recommendations, implementation strategies, and approval processes
    * 7+ years of experience translating business needs into technical requirements to support business strategy
    * Previous experience of working in a large, complex organization setting
    * 2+ years of experience and demonstrated expert in Case Management software for social services
    * 4+ years of experience in building relationships with business and technology partners is considered an asset
    * Ability work with diverse group of stakeholders is considered an asset
    * Previous experience conducting environmental scans is an asset
