    * Perform a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the overall mission of quality service, including answering phones and greeting candidates.

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    * Ability to influence the opinions or decisions of others and to retain information (e.g., policies, procedures) or find it as needed.
    * Understand and implement basic math skills.

    Manpower is currently looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our team.

    We are seeking an On-Site Staffing Coordinator
    This individual will be working onsite with a major company. The ideal candidate would have previous Hr. Coordinator and recruiting experience. If you have no experience in being a HR coordinator, but have customer service, Microsoft Office skills, and a people person, please apply now.
    Responsibilities:
    * Recruitment of new associates
    * Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience through quality of work and positive communication. Deliver on client SLA (Service Level Agreements) consistently.
    * Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
    * Timely and compliant associate onboarding.
    * Coordinate, organize, and lead Job Fair's off-site as needed
    * Other duties as assigned by Site Manager and/or as part of client requirements. Recruiting as primary responsibility.
    Qualifications:
    * High School Diploma or GED
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Deadline and detail-oriented
    * Proficient computer skills
    * Previous experience in recruiting or workforce solutions
    * Part time work schedule
    o Hours per week 20-25, or as needed depending on recruitment needs.
    o Mainly Monday thru Friday - occasional Saturday to attend Job Fairs.
