    Program Coordinator

    Manpower is looking for a Program Coordinator to join our Edmonton Tech Career Program in a permanent role. In this role you will be responsible for providing overall coordination of activities, administration, reporting and customer service to the program participants.
    As a Program Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

    * Oversee daily input of all TechCareers client and referral information into the Government Reporting System.
    * Conduct program pre-qualification interviews and file info into client files
    * Marketing and Promoting of the Program for the purpose of Intake
    * Ensure that all documentation in client files is entered accurately into Government's client management system and ensure that all procedures necessary for accurate government records management and that all policies are adhered to
    * Provide job search guidance and support to TechCareers clients
    * Provide updated Ministry information for reporting and accurate information to program lead for invoicing purposes
    * Provide job matching support to clients in collaboration with JPC
    * Attend mandatory training sessions through the Alberta Government
    * Other duties as assigned
