    The Candidate Coordinator will play a key role in attracting new candidates to Manpower and funneling talent into our candidate pool. The primary focus of the role will be supporting the recruitment process for a wide variety of roles through posting job adverts, attending/hosting hiring events, networking, sourcing/resume mining, reviewing resumes, completing telephone pre-screening interviews, conducting in-person interviews and onboarding new candidates. Administrative duties will also be required, such as completing onboarding paperwork, pre-employment checks, reception duties, filing and other tasks as needed.



    The Candidate Coordinator will be essential in helping the team achieve business goals through successfully placing the required quality and quantity of candidates on assignment with Manpower's clients.

    As a Night Scheduler, you will drive all aspects of the forecasted numbers and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. You will be responsible for putting people to work, helping them get ahead, and connect their skills to clients.

    Working hours will be: Night from 9 pm to 6 am or 11 pm to 7 am (Monday to Friday)

    You will be responsible for the following:

    * Drive all aspects of the fulfillment schedule for the clients by dealing with the employees
    * Drive associate and client satisfaction by matching top talent to great work opportunities and maintain loyalty
    * Increase the number of associates out; Attract, engage, market, employ and advance (i.e., level up) candidates/associates
    Develop relationships with hiring managers on existing accounts to secure future and expanded opportunities
    * Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms
    * Understand and educate others on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management

    Job Requirements:

    * 1 year of scheduling experience for high volume clients
    * 1-year experience in staffing (agency environment), customer service, and/or sales; Graduates are welcome
    * Technical competencies: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) and social (e.g.,
    Twitter, LinkedIn) applications,
    * Must have own reliable transportation, this position will require a car as there will be traveling between different sites to recruit. Co-ordinating schedules with end users for master schedules, forecasting experience.

    * Ensure a proper and timely execution of trade-show deliverables, including coordinating delivery of print and digital ads, company descriptions, logos, signage and other promotional materials;
    * Create promotional and marketing materials, based on the company's guidelines;
    * Effectively manage project time lines and budgets aligned to strategic and brand objectives
