    Responsibilities:
    * Recruitment of new associates.
    * Provide an exceptional candidate & client experience through quality
    of work & positive communication. Deliver on client SLA (Service
    Level Agreements) consistently.
    * Build & maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure
    efficiency of processes.
    * Timely & compliant associate onboarding.
    * Coordinate, organize, & lead Job Fairs off-site as needed.
    * Other duties as assigned by Site Manager and/or as part of client
    requirements. Recruiting as primary responsibility.
    Qualifications:
    * High School Diploma or GED.
    * Excellent communication skills.
    * Deadline & detail oriented.
    * Proficient computer skills.
    * Previous experience in recruiting or workforce solutions.
    * Part-time work schedule.
    ° Hours per week 20-25, or as needed depending on
    recruitment needs
    ° Mainly Monday - Friday; occasional Saturday to attend Job Fairs
