    POSITION DUTIES:

    Assistant:
    * Provide technical support for the Regional Operations Group for the North American business including:
    o Direct and conduct routine evaluation of existing commercial products, including performance and stability testing and claim support.
    o Ability to interpret results from lab tests.
    o Conduct evaluation of first production samples for new product launches, including performance and stability testing.
    o Conduct performance and stability testing on cost improvement projects and new supplier approvals.

Maintain appropriate levels of communication with a variety of levels of management. Act as a technical resource to help educate local functions on technology and category product specifics.
    * Maintain supplies inventory, laboratory equipment, and execute laboratory work according to required safety and quality standards, as defined in the company's SOP's. Document all work in laboratory notebooks.
    * Read, understand, and apply SOP/GLP protocols with regards to data generation for Product Registration for submission to Regulatory and EPA.
    * Ability to write reports documenting the various project activities.
