As a Compensation Manager, you will be work closely with Corporate Compensation and the North America HR team to ensure that existing compensation programs and outcomes are maintained, and updates and changes are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will have analytical, leadership and great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

    What’s the Job?

      Work closely with the respective HR leaders and stakeholders to support the compensation needs to support Mergers and Acquisitions, coordinate across stakeholders demonstrating proven experience in this area. The position will also participate in the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs that ensure employee attraction, retention and corporate goal alignment in a cost-effective manner. Facilitate year end salary and bonus processes, including preparation of reports and communication of policy and process. This includes leading the process and activities in partnership with Corporate Compensation, and the using system support where appropriate. Manage audits, legal reports and ensures that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Support and provide continuous improvement processes of compensation and benefits programs. These include job evaluation; salary process and structure; short-term incentive plans; expatriate compensation; executive compensation etc. Analyze and evaluate external market data and internal data about the current and projected employee population to develop salary budgets and forecasts. Participate in local compensation and benefit projects as required. Provide training within the reward area to the HR community and, relevant, managers and employees.

    What’s Needed?

      Bachelor's degree in human resources, compensation or relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.  A minimum of 7 years related corporate compensation experience within a global Human Resources function.  Proven experience managing compensation needs to support Mergers and Acquisitions.  Knowledge of tac, social security, retirement plans and insurance regulations desirable. Experience from working with remuneration models, bonus schemes.  Proven experience of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer's IPE prederred)
